2. Price All our prices are NETT. No discounts will be given unless during promotions. 3. Delivery Services A. For local orders, the items will be sent via local mail provider, Singapore Post. However, should you need other mode of delivery, please indicate under comments upon confirmation of orders. Kindly be advised that additional delivery charges incurred thereafter will be on the buyer’s account. B. For overseas orders will be sent via Speedpost Worldwide Courier (EMS). PrettyMums will ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. 4. Delivery Charge Final cost stated in the invoice will be inclusive of delivery charges.
For local orders, customers may request for registered mail delivery with extra expenses to be borne by the customer. Registered article number and month/year of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent.
5. Delivery Lead Time Delivery time frame is estimated only. All postal mailing will be from SingPost / Speedpost Worldwide Courier (EMS). The delivery schedule is under SingPost / Speedpost Worldwide Courier (EMA) commitment and not PrettyMums. As such, PrettyMums will not be responsible for late deliveries as a result of their schedule.
We will not be responsible any loss of goods in transit due to SingPost / Speedpost Worldwide Courier (EMS) errors. We strongly encourage customers to register their orders for assurance. We will take utmost care to pack your goods in proper protective plastic bags, bubble wraps and paddings (if needed) to ensure that your order will reach you in the best possible conditions. We apologize that we are unable to deliver to addresses with P.O. Box numbers.
6. Confirmation of Sales Request An electronic acknowledgment will be sent out to the customer upon successful submission of the electronic sales request. The confirmation notice will be sent out either within the same business working day or on next working day for orders received after 1800hrs Singapore time. The confirmation email will include payment instructions for you to complete the payment. If items requested are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Billing Accuracy We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed and manually checked for errors. 10. Cancellation of Orders We will refund the amount paid if the order is canceled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame. We will accept order cancellations only for genuine and valid reasons.
We shall not honor any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer. 11. Exchange & Refunds Goods once sold will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund.
All items are checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery. We will not be responsible for any exchanges, refunds or repairs due to goods wear and tear incurred during their course of daily usage, or goods lost in transit while shipping and damages arising from shipping.

13. Indemnity Parts are made from a variety of metal, glass, crystal, plastic, ceramic and resin components. We are not responsible if you have an allergic reaction to any of the components.
14. Colour and sizes We will do our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown in our website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.
We will do our best to display and provide the measurements and sizes of clothes as provided by our suppliers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the measurements provided will suit your size.
