Local Delivery (Singapore) We offer postal mail and door-to-door delivery options for Singapore addresses.
Postal mail
Postal delivery time is a maximum of 3 working days, from the day of mail-out.
Registered Mail This is the recommended method for postal mail.
or
Unregistered Mail Cheapest method, but customer undertakes all risk & liability if items in the event any mail is lost.
Door-to-door courier delivery
Door-to-door courier delivery is available. Orders will be sent out on the next working day after receiving payment.
Delivery will be made during office hours between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm from Mondays to Fridays. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders confirmed on Friday will be despatched on Monday.
International Delivery For overseas orders, we will be using Speedpost Worldwide Courier (EMS) service. We will advise you the exact cost of the international delivery after the payment has been made.
Return Policy Goods once sold, will not be accepted for return or refund.
However, we will gladly accept any request for exchange that is made within 7 days of receiving your items. Please email us at sales@prettymums.com to request for your exchange. An authorization note will then be issued to you to proceed with the exchange.
Exchange is only valid if the product is in its original state.
Buyers are responsible for all delivery or shipping fees for the exchange.
For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be forfeited. For replacement items of higher value, customers will make good the difference.
All items are checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery.
We will not be responsible for any exchanges, refunds or repairs due to goods wear and tear incurred during their course of daily usage, or goods lost in transit while shipping and damages arising from shipping.
