  1. Setting Up An Account
    All customers are strongly encourage to register with Prettymums.

    By creating an account at PrettyMums.Com you will be able to shop faster and keep track of all orders made.

    Registration Procedure

    1. Click on "My Account" on the left hand side.

    2. Under "New Customer", click on "create account"

    3. Fill in your particulars and click "Continue"

    4. A confirmation email with a validation/activation code will be sent to the email address that you provided us with.

    5. You MUST Validate/Activate your account before you can login. Please follow the instructions in the E-mail that you receive from us

  2. Do You Accept International Orders?
    Yes, we welcome orders from anywhere in the world.

    International orders may be placed online or email.

    Please check under "How do I place my order?" for more details.

    Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Prettymums ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

  3. How Do I Place An Order?
    Ordering Online

    1. Select the item that you are interested in and add to your shopping cart

    2. Once you are done with your shopping, click on "Checkout" at the top right hand corner

    3. You can either select "Returning Customer", "New Customer" or "Proceed Directly to Checkout"

    4. Fill in your particulars and click "Continue" button

    5. Click "Continue" to select preferred payment method

    6. Should you have any discount code, please enter them before confirming the mode of payment

    7. Select your payment option

    8. Please ensure all details are correctly entered and click on "Confirm order" button

    9. Your order will be processed!

     

    Ordering via SMS

    Should you find it a hassle to order online, you can send your order via sms to +65 8183 9240. We will send you the purchase invoice once we confirm your order.

  4. How do I know if my order has been processed?
    After sending in your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. The email will have an order reference number. You can check the status of your order online by logging in to your account. All orders will be processed and reserved for 3 days. Once payment received, orders will be despatched within 2 working days.
