Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Prettymums ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
1. Select the item that you are interested in and add to your shopping cart
2. Once you are done with your shopping, click on "Checkout" at the top right hand corner
3. You can either select "Returning Customer", "New Customer" or "Proceed Directly to Checkout"
4. Fill in your particulars and click "Continue" button
5. Click "Continue" to select preferred payment method
6. Should you have any discount code, please enter them before confirming the mode of payment
7. Select your payment option
8. Please ensure all details are correctly entered and click on "Confirm order" button
9. Your order will be processed!

How do I know if my order has been processed? After sending in your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. The email will have an order reference number. You can check the status of your order online by logging in to your account. All orders will be processed and reserved for 3 days. Once payment received, orders will be despatched within 2 working days.
